Movement safety
Exermagica is active entertainment, not medical or professional fitness advice. Clear at least a 2 × 2 meter area, use a stable non-slip surface, wear suitable footwear, and keep away from traffic, stairs, furniture, pets, and other people. Stop immediately if you feel pain, dizziness, shortness of breath, or unusual discomfort. Consult a qualified professional before exercise if you have a health concern, injury, are pregnant, or are unsure whether activity is appropriate for you.
Accounts
Accounts are optional. You are responsible for access to your email and devices and for activity under your account. Do not attempt to access another person’s data, disrupt the service, automate abusive traffic, or misrepresent game statistics as medical or verified athletic measurements.
Game measurements
Movement recognition and displayed speed, distance, repetitions, and progress are approximate game mechanics. They may be inaccurate because of lighting, camera position, clothing, mobility, device performance, or network conditions. They must not be used for medical, safety-critical, competitive, or professional training decisions.
Availability
The service may change, be interrupted, or become unavailable. We may limit access needed to protect users and infrastructure. If a network save fails, the app will not claim that the run was saved; you may retry after connectivity returns.
Virtual items, competition, and Plus
Spark Coins, Stars, movements, cosmetics, Mystic Case rewards, and companions are game items with no cash value and cannot be transferred or redeemed for money. Mystic Cases contain cosmetics only, publish their current odds before opening, and do not affect movement tracking or leaderboard results. Plus is an auto-renewing subscription unless the purchase screen says otherwise; pricing, renewal terms, cancellation, and refunds are governed by the purchase provider shown at checkout. Paid items never improve ranked Infinity scoring.
Content and ownership
Exermagica’s software, visual assets, brand, and original content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws and licenses. You receive a personal, revocable, non-transferable right to use the app for its intended purpose.
Account deletion
You may delete your account and associated saved Exermagica data at any time through Account settings or the web deletion path.
