Delete your account and saved data.
The self-service flow permanently deletes your Clerk identity and all Exermagica run summaries and settings linked to it.
From iOS or Android
- Open Exermagica and select Account.
- Choose Delete account and data.
- Type DELETE and confirm.
From the web
Use the secure account panel below. Sign in to the account you want to remove, type DELETE, and confirm. The request is processed immediately; if either deletion step cannot finish, the screen reports that it is incomplete so you can retry.
What is deleted
- Your Clerk account, identifiers, active sessions, and authentication methods.
- Your Exermagica settings, run count, best distance, and saved run summaries.
Camera frames and body landmarks are never uploaded or stored, so there is no server-side camera data to delete. Exermagica retains a one-way hash of the deleted Clerk user ID and the deletion time, without email or activity, solely to stop old credentials from recreating deleted data. Aggregate infrastructure logs that are not linked to a recoverable account may expire under the hosting provider’s security-retention schedule.
